Day 18 r7 Applesauce Yesterdays Failure, I got so caught up in the end of lent that I ate a packet team of applesauce post my kid's baseball game. And again my 730pm no eating challenge starts again. I have to be more careful because lots more evening baseball on it way. But the real story was getting dehydrated, tired and emotionally strained. When we get dehydrated we eat. When we get tired we lose purpose. Worse is emotional eating as my son and I had an argument about is play in baseball. I think he lost track of the play around him while running the bases and messed up, but that is not what made me mad. It was the fact that he won't say he messed up so he can improve, because if we were perfect then their is no way to get better. It is always out of our control or someone else's fault.
