This is the solution that i found for my Chinese 2din unite thanks to my friend matt
Basically just connect key1 coming out from the patch lead to key 1 coming out from the connector of the unite
Key 2 (patch) to key 2 (connector of unit)
Ground (patch) to ground ( i choosed the ground of the connector black)
And everything is working perfect
