2 Friends switch off their phones to escape the city for a digital detox and go a 5-day paddle trip in Sweden in May. Our journey has us paddling for 5 days on the Svartälven River, Värmland, making camp every night, exploring rivers and lakes, foraging, building fire, fishing and spotting wildlife. We enjoy the peace of being in nature, the adventure of exploring the lake and rivers, the physical exercise, sunrises and sunsets- living the nomadic lifestyle.

We paddle over the lakes of Nora Laggen, Södra Lagoon, passing Gustavsström to Älvsjön, getting on the Svartälven, Tvärälven, Mögreven, Bredreven, passing Lesjöfors to Lesjön, Näsrämmen, Bosjön, Holmsjön, Lövsjon, Södra Mörttjärnen, Stentjärnen en finishing at Västra Sundsjön.
