Continuous Monitoring of Controls with ServiceNow Indicators

Today, I'll show you how to use ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management Control Indicators to enable your continuous monitoring program.

I cover all three types of indicators.

Manual: creates a task on a recurring basis for a person to perform.

Basic: enables you to do direct data look-up to ServiceNow tables with pass-fail conditions.

Scripted: enables you to do advanced scripts to do queries on related tables in ServiceNow for pass/fail conditions.
