Slow Yoga for Low Energy Days | Gentle Full Body Flow for All Levels

Feeling tired, low energy, or just in need of something soft and soothing? This gentle yoga flow is perfect for those days when you want to move slowly and mindfully, without standing poses, planks, or chaturangas.

We’ll stay close to the ground, moving through long, calming stretches with deep conscious breaths to deeply relax your body and nervous system.

This all-levels practice is accessible for everyone — I offer plenty of support using yoga blocks to help you feel comfortable and safe throughout.

We'll finish with alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) and a short meditation to leave you feeling grounded, balanced, and restored.

Props: Yoga blocks (optional but helpful!)
