Late Rashidi Yekini's Lawyer Lied, Mother Sells Bread To Survive

Mother of Nigerian soccer hero is suffering in Kwara state where she is domiciled. Rashid Yekini died under mysterious circumstances in 2012. However, Saharareporters investigated the condition of her mom and released a photo of her selling loaves of bread to survive, that photo has since gone.

However, a lawyer to the late soccer maestro, Rashid Mohammed, sent out a rejoinder claiming Yekini's mother was living in Eldorado in a block of flats Yekini built for her in Ira, Kwara state before his death. According to the lawyer, Yekini's mother should be making half-a-million naira from rents alone every year. Well, we sent our reporters to meet with her and her tenants....Watch!
