2. Edit grub file:
sudo vim /etc/default/grub

or:
sudo nano /etc/default/grub

3. Append or modify line as below:
From:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
To:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash video=hyperv_fb:1920x1080"

4. Update or save the grub file.

5. Update grub:
sudo update-grub

6. Reboot or restart the system.
