INGREDIENTS
2lb. Chicken thighs and drumsticks, patted dry and trimmed
1Tbs Butter, melted
1 Tsp Kosher salt

For the Spice Rub
2 Tbs Onion powder
1 Tbs Garlic powder
1 Tbs Paprika, smoked
1 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tsp Oregano, dry
1/2 Tsp Thyme, dry
1 Tsp Brown sugar
1 Tsp Ground black pepper
Parsley to garnish
Salt to taste
