"Lou!" is an animated TV series adapted from the best-selling books by Julien Neel.

Lou has never met her dad and lives alone with her mom and the little cat they adopted. The two share a close bond; they play video games together, dine at pizza places, and have fun.

Lou has a crush on the boy who lives across the street, but of course, she’s too shy to tell him. She’s a very stylish young girl with a knack for fashion design.

Her best friend is Mina, and together they share all kinds of adventures. Lou also thinks that Richard, the new guy who moved in next door, might be a good match for her mom. In fact, she’s already scheming to make sure they meet!
