Firstly, Extreme Violence strikes me as a misleading and unremarkable title for what essentially boils down to a two-player only shooter game, a concept not uncommonly found in titles like Alien Frenzy (a recent video upload of mine) and countless others. The gameplay involves two characters engaging in mortal combat within an arena, with the objective being to reach ten kills first for victory.

Let me make this clear: obviously, they're not picking flowers, but if that's the logic, what should we call titles like Call of Duty or Halo then?

In contrast to the aforementioned Amiga game, which I found engaging due to its dynamic environment and unique features, Extreme Violence falls short with its uninspired setting, basic graphics, and limited bonus content. The inclusion of split-screen mode further compounds the issue, adding unnecessary confusion and hindering gameplay.

While I deeply respect those who contribute to game development in the public domain, I must address the shortcomings apparent in this title, even if it means presenting an unpopular opinion, especially considering the affection it garners from the Amiga fanbase.
