We're helping Texans eat well with these H-E-B registered dietitian recipes.

Ingredients:
5.3 oz low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup fresh dill
1/4 cup fresh mint
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp water
1 c seedless/English cucumber, shredded
1/4 c EVOO
1lb Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
1 Tsp Central Market Greek Style Spice Blend
1 head Fresh Organic Green Butter Lettuce

Instructions:
Make tzatziki by chopping your greens & adding those, cottage cheese, garlic, lemon juice & water in a food processor.
Pulse until smooth, place in a bowl, stir in shredded cucumbers, season to taste, refrigerate until ready to use.
Set sauté pan over medium high heat, add oil, allow to get hot then add chicken & seasoning. Cook 10 min.
Build wraps by adding chicken to each lettuce leaf, top with arugula, avocado & tzatziki sauce.
