You know when you want something sweet but also feel like you need something substantial? ENTER: 🥜🍫 Chocolate Peanut Crunch Rice Cakes

For this recipe, I use @lundbergfarms organic rice cakes. This was such a fun partnership for me because I have been buying these rice cakes since college! I love that they use brown rice, and the flavor/texture is the best out there.

YOU WILL NEED:

2-3 rice cakes (I made a few at a time so you can make as many or as few as you like)
1–2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
Pinch of flaky sea salt

TO MAKE:

1 - spread peanut butter over the rice cake
2 - in a small microwave safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips
3 - drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the peanut butter
4 - sprinkle a pinch a flaky sea salt
5 - stick in the freezer for 10 minutes to set
6 - ENJOY!

PS: I make 2-3 at once and store in the fridge (the rice cake stays crispy in the fridge! I have tested it)
