Chicken fillets 250 g
Cooking oil 2 - 3 Tbsp
Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 Tbsp
Gajar (Carrot) julienne 1 Cup
Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 Cup
Bund gobhi (Cabbage) 1 Cup
Namak (Salt) 1 Tbsp or to taste
Chawal (Rice) basmati 1 kg (soaked & boiled with salt)
Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 Tbsp
Sirka (Vinegar) 2 - 3 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1 - 2 Tbsp
Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves 1 Cup
Gharm masala 1 Tbsp
