Besties REUNITE and we have the photo!
The adorable stars, who grew up together and were both on Barney, caught up during a November 7th taping of the X-Factor.
In what looks like a backstage dressing room, Demi and Selena snapped a quick selfie, showing off their best pouty faces.
Selena captioned it "It's just the evidence of forever, no matter what@ddlovato."
Demi of course retweeted it, adding "Love you SO much.. #14yrsStrong."
For those of you wondering why SG was hanging out at the X-Factor, well, she was supposed to perform on last night's episode.
Unfortunately, due to a voting glitch, the contestants on the show had to perform again, and there wasn't any time for Selena.
We're keeping our fingers crossed that the "Slow Down" full performance will air next week, but to hold ya over, here's a little clip from a fan who was in the audience.
All in all, it seemed like a great night. Selena posed with the show host Mario Lopez, who said she reminds him of a grown-up version of his daughter. HOW SWEET!
