On a day when the Indian stock market was generally down, Heritage Foods saw its stock price increase by over 7%, reaching an intraday high of Rs 493.25 per share. Bhuvaneswari Nara holds a substantial 24.37 percent stake in the company, amounting to 2,26,11,525 shares as of June 2025.

Heritage Foods Ltd, founded in 1992 by Chandrababu Naidu, operates primarily in the dairy sector and has expanded into retail and agriculture.

The company is headquartered in Hyderabad and is particularly influential in southern India.

As of December 2024, Chandrababu Naidu was reported to be the richest Chief Minister in India, with total assets valued at Rs 932 crore, further highlighting the financial prominence of his family in the business sector.
