This Chicken Karahi recipe is the *ultimate guide* to making an authentic, restaurant-style Pakistani chicken karahi at home. I'm sharing all the secrets, from toasting the whole spices to the perfect "dum" technique for the most tender chicken.

🛒 *INGREDIENTS:*

Making Spice mixture:

• Coriander/dhania (sabit): 2 tbsp
• Cumin/zera (sabit):1&1/2 tsp
• Dry Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
• Black pepper:1tsp
• Cumin/zera (powder):1/2 tsp
• Dried fenugreek leaves/methi:1/2 tsp

*Cooking Process & Ingredients:*

*Making Paste*
• Oil: 1/3 cup
• Onion: 1 large size
• Fresh green chilies: 4-5
• Ginger: 1 piece
*Sauté the onion in the oil for 1 to 2 minutes.*
*Set it aside to cool completely, then blend into a paste.*

• Chicken:750grams
*Fry the chicken until it's golden.*
• Garlic paste:1 & 1/2tsp
• Salt: 1/2 tsp
*Add Onion & chili paste!*
• Yogurt/dahi: 1/2 cup
*Add Grinded spices!*
*Now cover it & cook it on low flame for 5 minutes!*
*Fresh chili, Ginger(sliced) & lemon slices*
