“Secret Santa” thanks essential workers with surprise gifts on Christmas week

On this week’s “On The Road,” Steve Hartman teams up with a special “Secret Santa” to deliver gifts to essential workers who are in desperate need of financial help. In the weeks before Christmas, Secret Santa planned to give away nearly $100,000 in total – to complete strangers.
