THE RAT (RAM AIR TURBINE).

This topic has been talked about extensively but I wanted you to seen a deeper understanding of how this unit works and its internal processes.

The idea is simple but what goes behind the engineering is incredibly complex.

As I side, this unit is seldom used and if it is then there is far more issues at hand. The fact that the quadruple source of redundancy exists makes me more secure when I’m in an aircraft.
