NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF TITUS COUNTY, TEXAS

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Titus County, Texas, will be held on the 22nd day of December 2025 at 9:00 o'clock a.m., in the Titus County Courthouse, County Courtroom, 100 West First Street, Room 205. Mt. Pleasant, Texas 75455, at which time the following subjects will be discussed not necessarily in the order presented:

2. Consider and Possibly Approve Minutes from December 8th, 2025 Regular Meeting of the Commissioners' Court

3. Consider and Possibly Approve the Plat for Equity Cash Offer, LLC (Donavan Ruffin) Located at 1214 CR 3355, Precinct 3

4. Consider and Possibly Approve the Plat for Jim Kissire located in The Peninsulas at Lake Bob Sandlin, PR 2711 Lot 56 and Lot 57, Precinct 2

5. Consider and Possibly Approve the Plat for Angel Guzman Located on CR 1734, Precinct 1

6. Consider and Possibly Approve Engaging Titus County in a Contract with Fidlar Technologies for Property Fraud Alert Software, Leslie Brosnan

7. Consider and Discuss the Resolution for a Chapter 381 Agreement Between Titus County and Anderson Town Crossing Partnership, LLC with Possible Action

8. Consider as a Matter of Record, Titus County has been moved from Congressional District 1 with U.S. Representative Nathaniel Moran to Congressional District 3 with U.S. Representative Keith Self

9. Consider as a Matter of Record, Titus County Submits NetD (i3Verticles) Integration Cost Summary for the Efile & Re:Search TX Integration to Comply with Supreme Court Mandate, Leslie Brosnan

10. Approve Oral and Written Reports of County Officials

11. Consider and Possibly Accept the Treasurer's Report as a Matter of Record

12. Approve Budget Amendments

13. Sign Pay Orders and Approve Payments

14. Closing Comments by County Judge and Commissioners, if any
