Since God of War Ragnarok came out I’ve been getting more and more requests to try something Mythology related. I debated doing Greek Mythology or Norse Mythology, but in the end, thought it could be fun to write and design some original Demi-gods set in their own fake Mythology and lore.

In this episode I turn Godzilla into a heroic Demi-God to help combat coming forces from across the seas. Then, the invaders deity tries to make a cheap imitation of the Demi-God in my adapted version of Gino or Zilla or Godzilla 1998, whatever you want to call her. Next, I turn King Ghidorah into an envious Demi-God King. Finally, we go a bit more obscure with Biollante as a Demi-God of nature.

By the way, I was taking design inspiration from the video games Smite and League of legends for a lot of these. I also had my ink brush set way thicker for the middle two drawings which made for some more cartoony results.
