This track is originally called "Wakare", meaning "Farewell". However, it's been popularized as the piano version of "Suzuha" on youtube, because they share a lot of the same melody. Hence my title choice. It's a simple but emotional track by Steins;Gate master composer; Takeshi Abo. Recommended for all skill levels.
