When Ramya Raghunath encountered a life-threatening health challenge, she and her husband, Raghunath Srivatsa turned to organic ingredients and a sattvic approach to food. What began as an experiment for a short duration has today turned into a lifestyle for this couple over the last 17 years. Convinced of its benefits, life giving in their case, they made it their mission to share this wellness-oriented culinary philosophy with society and thus was born their restaurant, Satkriti Sattvik a couple of years ago. I visited them over lunch and returned impressed both with their passion and also a delicious vegetarian meal that left me happy and satisfied. Hope you enjoy this episode.
