Every lover has his wish and his own decisions. This is the story of one such thief. Aspiring to become a good man by giving up stealing, Vijay falls in love with a girl. He plans to become a Son of low by falling in love with a girl named Radhika.
But knowing Radhika's desire and hearing her love story, Vijay agrees to help Radhika.
Radhika's mother and father first refuse to marry her boyfriend Shammi because he is poor. They demand dowry and threaten him to stay away from Radhika.
Vijay shows his false wealth to Radhika's parents, and in greed, they also demand that dowry from Vijay.
Vijay secretly gets Radhika and Shammi married at the marriage register office.
In the end, Vijay exposes Radhika's parents in front of the inspector.
Vijay narrates the summary to everyone that never tries to separate lovers. Asking for dowry is a crime.
Let everyone live according to his own decisions.
