Critical Customer Feedback Re: RetroGameBoyz Colecovision Arcade Stick - Your Thoughts?

UPDATE: Customer never responded to my video or messages when I inquired about his concerns. I assume he realized that the controller worked just fine and as expected and was a bit zealous when first reaching out.

Hi Guys - I received some feedback from a customer about my Colecovision arcade stick. I was told is was not usable for a few games they had tried it on. I tested those games here and did not have any issues. If you are a customer and have one of my Arcade sticks, please let me know your thoughts and leave them in the comments below. It is possible that it is a "playability style" or that typical 4-way vs 8-way issue that is common with any micro-switch type controller (where diagonals are accidentally initiated - if using a standard square gate etc. I'd like to thank the customer for providing their experience and I offer free returns and 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and a lifetime limited warranty.
