Charlene Scullion had no idea what was about to happen to her. First she was 'randomly' selected to join Shane up on stage for "Mandy". Little did she know it was a set up that was months in the planning. Former Energy 106 DJ Danny Dee contacted Aiken Promotions earlier in the year asking if Shane could help him propose to his girlfriend at the concert. He said he'd be happy to.
