In 2012 the home of Northampton Masonry for 40 years (in St George's Avenue) was sold and the premises vacated on 31 May. Before it closed, the Provincial Grand Secretary, WBro Trevor Boswell, toured the building and described its many features.

After temporary arrangements the new Freemasons' Hall at Sheaf Close, Lodge Farm, Northampton was opened and the first meeting took place there on 10 May 2013.
