At Cotality, we are committed to empowering our nation's veterans and supporting their move into the private sector.

Ranks to Roles is our 18-month rotational program for transitioning junior military officers. You'll rotate through three different teams, gaining exposure across the whole company and working with different leaders. Mentorship is key, providing a "battle buddy" and a safe environment for you to test new ideas and hone your leadership skills for the private sector.
