This story tells you about those colorful towers near LAX and Century Blvd. they were built for Democratic national convention in year 2000. Then they were not working to save energy, because of Enron scam.

The Sepulveda Tunnel was painted for the same Democratic national convention event and become dirty inside, because the white paint attracts dust and smoke particles better than bare concrete. I explain that phenomenon by static electricity.

Because Sepulveda Tunnel always had fresh layer of dust and smoke, it was used as medium for massages of protest in 2003 against war in Iraq and Bush's politics.

At the present time, the colorful light towers are LAX and Los Angeles landmarks and the tunnel is an eye soar.
