SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56)- James Anthony Gray stood in all to familiar spot this afternoon,
standing next to his attorney while facing a Scott County Judge.


"What I've asked is once we know for a fact that there is not
going to be a motion to reconsider, we plan to come back here on the
24th and I'm going to be asking for a trial date," explains Gray's
attorney Rodney Barnes.

This after the Kentucky Supreme Court reversed the 2013
convictions of Gray in the murder of his parents, deeming that a
confession used during his trial was illegally obtained by Sheriff
Detectives.
