Political consultant Brian Goldsmith chatted with me on Instagram live about the current state of the election. We spoke about what Trump might do in a lame duck presidency period. He said, “I think it’s going to be interesting to see in this lame duck period if Trump attempts to pardon himself which is a legally questionable thing to do. I think there’s no question that he’s going to go around and pardon everybody in the supporting cast because I think he doesn’t want them to testify against him, that’s his way of buying loyalty and there is nothing to stop him from doing that.”
