Описание к видео Gran Turismo 7 - Weekly Challenges - August Week 2 - Car Setups & Race Guides - ALL 5 RACES

Welcome to my guide to winning the Weekly Challenge Races for August Week 2 2024 on Gran Turismo 7.

All THE RACES WERE COMPLETED ON HARD DIFFICULTY

In this video I show you every race in this week’s Weekly Challenge for August Week 2 2024. I will show you my car setups, strategies and any notes I have for each race.

Rewards for this week are:
1 event: Credit Ticket: Cr: 100,000
3 events: Credit Ticket: Cr: 200,000
5 events: 6-Star Roulette Ticket
Rewards are shown at the end of the video.

Sunday Cup Classic: Tsukuba Circuit
Car Choice: Mazda Demio Touring ‘15
A lot of classic cars used for this race are not always available in the used car dealership or or legends dealership so I decided to use a car you can buy from Brand Central, its not a classic car but it gets the job done. If you have a classic car and you want to use it, go for it. Just remember to put on comfort soft or sports soft tyres on.
Strategy: No strategy required.

Japanese Clubman Cup 550: Spa 24hr Layout
Car Choice: Toyota GR Corolla MORIZO Edition’22
Items purchased in the Tuning Shop:
Medium-RPM Turbocharger
Power Restrictor
Sports Soft Tyres
Brake Balance Controller
I set my brake balance to -5. I recommend using this because the rear of car slides around a lot under braking.
Strategy: No strategy required.

Porsche Cup: Kyoto Driving Park -Yamagiwa -
Car Choice: Porsche 911 GT3 RS (992) ‘22
Items purchased in the Tuning Shop:
Fully Customisable ECU
Power Restrictor
Ballast
Racing Hard Tyres
Strategy: No strategy required.

Special Event: Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit
This is a one make race featuring the BAC MONO
Items purchased in the Tuning Shop:
Racing Soft Tyres
The car feels relatively decent to drive as stock.
If you’re struggling with rear grip I advise putting the Traction control level 1 to keep the car more stable.
Strategy: no strategy required.

World Touring Car 800: Fuji International Speedway
Car Choice: Lexus RC F GT500 ‘16
Items purchased in the Tuning Shop:
Power Restrictor
Racing Hard Tyres
Intermediate Tyres
Heavy Wet Tyres
Start the race on Heavy Wet Tyres, change the fuel to level 2 and keep it there the entire race.
After testing this race multiple times it seems it will always start with Heavy Rain and slowly over the course of the race the conditions will improve so you will most likely need to pit for Intermediate Tyres at some point during the race but you will not need to add any fuel. With a few laps to go it might dry up enough to switch to Racing Hard Tyres but you will need to monitor the conditions and make that decision yourself.
