ingredient and process.

take a whole chicken of around 1 Or 1.3 Kg and make cuts on it.
now apply

1) vinegar - 2 tea spoon
2) red chili powder - 1 tea spoon
3) turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon

and rub it well on chicken and keep it aside.

for main marinate of chicken tandoori take a mixing bowl and add

1) Hung curd - 1/4 cup
2) Oil - 1/4 cup

and mix it together. now add

3) turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
4) salt - 1 tea spoon
5) kashmiri red chili - 2 - 3 spoon
6) kasuri methi - 1 tea spoon roasted powder
7) coriander powder - 2 tea spoon
8) cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon
9) garam masala - 1 tea spoon
10) chaat masala - 1/2 tea spoon
11) black pepper - 1 tea spoon
12) black salt - 1 tea spoon
13) refined flour - 1 tea spoon

mix well all together and make thick paste.
now apply well this paste on chicken and marinade it for over night Or atlist 4 hours.

now take a heavy bottom pressure cooker and put things shown as in video.
now put marinated chicken in to it. now main thing have to do is to
REMOVE WHISLTLE AND GASKET OF PRESSURE COOKER.
and cover the pressure cooker lid and cook it on low flame for about 1 hour.

after 1 hour remove the lid and take out chicken, chicken should be perfectly cooked from inside.

now put a steel rack on gas stove as shown in video and roast the chicken on it, apply some butter on it while roasting the chicken. it will create perfect burn marks on chicken.

donot keep more on gas, just bring some burn marks from outside of the chicken.

serve it hot.
