We offer a range of weigh scales that can be used with our mono or colour roll labelling machines to form a weigh-and-label system.

Showing how to weigh your product packs and print labels with product weight and price per pack automatically using a weigh scale linked to your PC computer with Bartender label software and a label roll printer.

Bartender software links to a weighscale to capture the net weight of the product. As soon as the scale balances, the label is printed with the weight. We show this working hands-free, providing the correct catch weight for each pack put on the scale and how the computer-linked label printer can calculate and add the price per pack, as well as adding product details as needed, like product ingredients, a correct expiry date, a batch number for traceability, a colour picture of the product or serving suggestion, and more.

BarTender Professional version links to your product list for fast selection and merges product details onto the labels, automatically bolding allergens as it prints, adding nutrition and calculating and adding the correct expiry date and barcode if needed. No need to design separate label layouts for each product. A massive time saver.

You can choose from our stocked gloss ink-compatible labels on rolls, available for next-working-day delivery. Our stocked label rolls include a high-grip adhesive that sticks to any surface and is suitable for chilled or deep-freeze use.

Can't see your label size in stock? Then have a look at our cutter list and choose from over 5000 sizes. Let us know the size you chose and which material you would like. Popular materials are available in pre-cut sizes or continuous rolls for use in a printer with auto cut-off.
