SFIO AFFIDAVIT - JANUARY 28, 2023
Until November 30, 2023, a total of 11,901 investors have filed their claims with SFIO. From December 1, 2022, until now, 1923 new investors have claimed with total value of around Rs. 74 crores. SFIO is not verifying these claims until further directions from SC. Total claims seem to have gone up to Rs. 580 crores.

WHAT IS THE LIST IN THE SFIO AFFIDAVIT? | 5621 CLAIMS IN ORDER - LOT-1
The list provided in SFIO affidavit is of LOT-1 of those whose claims are in order only and only exhibit SFIO's work regarding mapping using FSL data. Your name will not be in the list if:
1. Your claims are not in order.
2. You have submitted your claims after November 14, 2022.

BACKGROUND
BAIL AND CONDITIONS: Undertaking January 2022 promising to settle all complainants in 6 weeks and noncomplainants and others in 6 months. Bail granted on January 19, 2020. The two major excuses in self-defense put forward by Nowhera Shaik were Bank Account Defreeze & Data.

CLAIMS AND LIQUIDATION: Around 8500 investors claims were put up before SC. A total of 96 properties have been attached by authorities. Nowhera Shaikh asked for 9 properties to use for her own self and handed over 87 properties for liquidation. Out of the 87 properties, a list of 71 properties were forwarded to SFIO. Income Tax evaluation officer declared Rs. 110 crores as total value of these 71 properties. SC questioned Heera as to how they would settle Rs. 450 crores. Heera said the 71 properties are worth more than Rs. 800 crores and they have buyers. SC asked Heera to submit buyer. Heera submitted buyer information in close envelope willing to buy 71 properties for Rs. 640 crores and pointed our issue of Tolichowkie land. SC directed Heera Group, SA builders, and Revenue Officer to submit reports on the disputed properties so as to find out any "clear title" from which attachment could be lifted off for the purpose of liquidating those properties to settle the claim of investors after verification.

BANK ACCOUNT DEFREEZE AND COMPLIANCE: Nowhera Shaikh had been handed over 64 bank accounts and is requesting the remaining bank accounts to be defreezed. S.V. Raju had asked for Nowhera Shaik to submit compliance report first.

DATA VERIFICATION: FSL/CCS states the data is still under examination. SFIO says that they have received a part of the the data from FSL/CCS and have used it for claims mapping, and once they receive the remaining data, they will use that too for mapping. Heera is to submit compliance report for the 8000 investors that she claims to have settled in SC, and so is no longer pursuing data.
