Maxwell's first thermodynamic relation : The rate of change of temperature with respect to volume at constant entropy, i.e., for adiabatic process, is equal to the rate of change of pressure with respect to entropy at constant volume.

Maxwell's second thermodynamic relation : The rate of change of entropy with respect to volume at constant temperature, i.e., for isothermal process, is equal to the rate of change of pressure with respect to temperature at constant volume.

Maxwell's third thermodynamic relation : The rate of change of temperature with respect to pressure at constant entropy, i.e., for adiabatic process, is equal to the rate of change of volume with respect to entropy at constant pressure.
