ORS is Online Registration System Portal for taking OPD appointment in the Government Hospitals
Patient or his/her attendant can get the online OPD appointment (over internet) by visiting website (https://ors.gov.in) or can come to appointment-cum-registration counters in the hospital.Patients can avoid long queues at the hospital for seeking OPD appointment /registration.
New patient requires aadhaar number with registered mobile number. System will get personal details of the patient using eKYC data from UIDAI.
In case patient has aadhaar number but mobile number is not registered with it, then name of the patient appearing in aadhaar card must be known. After verification, patient needs to enter other personal details.
In case, patient does not have aadhaar number then personal mobile number, name, father name, mother name etc need to be entered.
If you have Aadhaar number of the patient and patient's mobile number is registered with UIDAI, then One Time PIN (OTP) will be sent by UIDAI through SMS and Aadhaar holder would need to give consent to share his/her KYC data as stored in UIDAI with the hospital for the purpose of taking OPD appointment.

In case patient's mobile number is not registered with UIDAI then patient's name as in Aadhaar needs to be given and after doing demographic authentication with UIDAI, patient will be requested to give a mobile number and other details like address, age etc.

In case, user is not having aadhaar number, he can do online appointment but would have to collect OPD card from the hospital after providing identity of the patient.

User can select the Department in a Government hospital where patient needs to visit for check-up Thereafter, user will be sent a confirmation through SMS giving details of OPD appointment.

नए रोगी को पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर के साथ आधार संख्या की आवश्यकता होती है। सिस्टम को यूआईडीएआई से ईकेवाईसी डेटा का उपयोग करके रोगी के व्यक्तिगत विवरण प्राप्त होंगे।
यदि रोगी के पास आधार संख्या है, लेकिन मोबाइल नंबर उसके साथ पंजीकृत नहीं है, तो आधार कार्ड में दिखाई देने वाले रोगी का नाम पता होना चाहिए। सत्यापन के बाद, रोगी को अन्य व्यक्तिगत विवरण दर्ज करने की आवश्यकता होती है।
यदि मरीज के पास आधार नंबर नहीं है तो व्यक्तिगत मोबाइल नंबर, नाम, पिता का नाम, माता का नाम आदि दर्ज करना होगा।
यदि आपके पास रोगी का आधार नंबर है और रोगी का मोबाइल नंबर यूआईडीएआई के पास पंजीकृत है, तो यूआईडीएआई द्वारा एसएमएस के माध्यम से वन टाइम पिन (ओटीपी) भेजा जाएगा और आधार धारक को यूआईडीएआई में संग्रहीत के रूप में अपने / केवाईसी डेटा को साझा करने के लिए सहमति देने की आवश्यकता होगी। ओपीडी नियुक्ति लेने के उद्देश्य से अस्पताल के साथ।

यदि मरीज का मोबाइल नंबर यूआईडीएआई के पास पंजीकृत नहीं है तो आधार के रूप में मरीज का नाम दिया जाना चाहिए और यूआईडीएआई के साथ जनसांख्यिकीय प्रमाणीकरण करने के बाद, रोगी को एक मोबाइल नंबर और अन्य विवरण जैसे पता, आयु आदि देने का अनुरोध किया जाएगा।

यदि उपयोगकर्ता के पास आधार नंबर नहीं है, तो वह ऑनलाइन नियुक्ति कर सकता है, लेकिन रोगी की पहचान प्रदान करने के बाद उसे अस्पताल से ओपीडी कार्ड एकत्र करना होगा।

उपयोगकर्ता एक सरकारी अस्पताल में विभाग का चयन कर सकता है जहां रोगी को जांच के लिए यात्रा करने की आवश्यकता होती है, उसके बाद उपयोगकर्ता को ओपीडी नियुक्ति का विवरण एसएमएस के माध्यम से एक पुष्टिकरण भेजा जाएगा।
