It was a glimpse into working class British life, and while it wasn’t a show that appealed to many critics, it was a hit with viewers. It has gone on to achieve somewhat of a cult following, with some considering it to be one of the best British sitcoms of its time if not all time. While so much of the show's charm and humor came from the excellent writing and production, led by the creative duo of Ronald Chesney and Ronald Wolfe, it was also the excellent acting work of the ensemble cast that made it stand out.

Sadly, in the years since the show ended, most of the cast has since passed away. In this video, we’re taking a look back at this excellent show, and paying tribute to those cast members who we’ve lost. We’ll examine the roles they each played on On the Buses, as well as some of the excellent work they did outside the show. We’ll also talk about what they ended up doing when the show came to an end. And we’ll talk about how they eventually passed away. And while some cast members lived long and fruitful lives, some of them met more tragic endings. So join Facts Verse UK, as we present: On the Buses Cast Deaths That are Utterly Tragic!
