2025 Mercedes AMG GT63S E Performance In Depth Look

Описание к видео 2025 Mercedes AMG GT63S E Performance In Depth Look

This is the all new Mercedes AMG GT63S E Performance. The newly redesigned 2024 AMG GT that I reviewed last year has brought some amazing performance, but now it is about to get even more intense with some new hybridized technology that is borrowed from the 4 door version of the E Performance GT back in 2023.

First, we shall go over the performance figures of this all new sports car. The regular AMG GT63 had 577 hp and 590 lb-ft. The E Performance version on the other hand, will make significantly more power, at around 807 hp and 1,047 lb-ft from the same 4.0L Twin Turbo V8 that was in the normal GT63 version, except they put some hybrid E Performance motors on both front and rear differentials. Acceleration time from 0-100 km/h will probably be a staggering time, at around 2-3 seconds. Top speed will probably sit at around at least 310 km/h (192 mph).

The interior will most likely be the same as in the regular non E Performance AMG GT models, with a tablet sized screen on the middle, with Mercedes’ newest infotainment. You will also have plenty of customizations for how you want your driver’s display to look. You will also have the AMG performance seats which look cool and have been placed on many other high performance AMG models.

The exterior however, will not have any changes compared to the regular AMG GT63. The only minor change you might see is the fact that you will have an option to get gold wheels with the E Performance model, with carbon ceramics like you would get in the normal GT63. The orange color as seen in the video, was never an option on the regular AMG GT63, but on the E Performance model, it will be. Since this is also a plug in hybrid, there is an electrical charging compartment on the back.

As for pricing, well, pricing has not been revealed yet. But we can assume this new E Performance GT63S will start at a higher price than the regular GT63, at around $150,000-200,000 CAD ($100,000-150,000 USD). The GT63S E Performance will not arrive in North America until Spring 2025, which will be a year after the regular GT63 arrived.
