Bael - New Character - The Binding of Isaac Mod Showcase

Bael is a brand new mod that introduces a new playable character who is accompanied by a Guppy-looking creature that forces you to take any free item you stumble upon. There is a catch, however, as the mod adds over 70 new cursed items with a high risk/reward situation, and item pools are flooded with them!
