In this video we do an EPIC level of detail in this Kelsey-Hayes EBC310 4WAL ABS module repair, plus a bonus ABS assembly complete teardown and part identification overview (covering GM C, K, P, G, S, and T trucks and vans). We diagnose a C0268 ABS code, and we also discuss a pulling to one side during hard braking ABS fault. Finally, we use the GM Tech2 scan tool to identify the C0268 code, our module specs, and bleed the replacement.
The vehicle shown is a 1998 Chevrolet Cheyenne K2500 with the 5.7L vortec V8, but the procedures, parts, and techniques shown are applicable to any 1995 thru 2000 (also 3500HD thru 2002) old body style (OBS) GM truck GMT400 types such as the Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, Chevrolet Suburban, Chevrolet Cheyenne, Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Suburban, Cadillac Escalade, or GMC Yukon with the Kelsey-Hayes EBC310 4WAL ABS brake system.
