Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif met with the Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria, H.E. Christian Stocker, on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA 80) in New York.

During the cordial and friendly exchange, the Prime Minister reaffirmed Pakistan’s desire to enhance bilateral cooperation with Austria across all areas of mutual interest, including trade, investment, technology, education, and multilateral collaboration.

The Austrian Chancellor thanked Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for the meeting and conveyed his readiness to work closely with Pakistan in order to create new avenues of cooperation and expand the partnership between the two countries.
