gone pointless in 6–0, 4–1 and 6–1 respective losses to the #NHLJets, Flames and #CBJ, with, in those games, McD having assisted on a goal in the #battleofalberta game, but not having put up a point in either of the other two, resulting in a 0–2–0–0 win-regulation loss-OT loss-shootout loss record when #McDrai had been shut out


November:
put up points in respective 4–2, 7–3, 4–3, 3–2, 5–2, 6–2 and 4–3 wins over the #Flames, #Canucks, Isles, Preds, Sens, NYR and Utah HC but also respective 4–3 and 5–3 losses to the #Leafs and #MNWild
went pointless in a 4–1 win over the Avs to end that month, but also in respective 3–0, 4–2 & 3–0 losses to the #NJDevils, #GoldenKnights and #Habs, although McD didn’t put up a point in any of those losses either, dropping this regular season the Oilers' relevant record in games without a McDrai point to 0–4–0–0 (with a 1–0 December regulation loss to the Golden Knights having dropped that record further to 0–5–0–0 when compared to a 13–10–2–0 record overall)
