In Viola, Wisconsin a police officer stops by a woman's residence to inquire about an incident that had transpired previously, however, the woman does not want to fully open her door to speak with the officer, but rather speak to him through the glass portion. Despite the fact the officer told the woman that he could not hear her through the glass, he continued to inquire information from her, most of which was not answered, and was informed by the woman to get a court approved warrant to authorize the video footage of the incident in question if he actually wanted to know what happened, later on, the police officer returns and informs the woman that she has a criminal summons and "charges" against her that she needs to take care of by turning herself into the jail for, during this interaction, the police officer again asks her to open up her door so that he can have a better conversation with her, however, the woman again declines to open up the door, it is at this point that the officer hurls an obscenity her way, which some might argue is unbecoming of the professionalism that is supposed to be displayed by police officers and their departments.
