How to install solid tires on electric scooter

Items needed:

Screwdriver, clean shop towel, zip ties, snips

Tips:
Sit on a chair and put your foot on the rim while installing. Makes it easier.
Make sure you're in an area where the wheel won't move around too much
Use a little dish soap on the rims if needed to make the tires slide on easier. Just a dime size worth. If you use too much, it will make a mess and make the tools slip.
