Freedom Beach might be Phuket's best kept secret. It’s stunningly beautiful but we really weren't prepared for what we found there. An absolute must see if you're visiting Patong in 2020.

This week, Team Omani check out a secret beach in Phuket, Thailand. Just down the road from the much more popular (but in our humble opinion, not nearly as nice) Patong Beach.

That's no slight on Patong Beach though. Freedom Beach is probably the most beautiful beach we've ever been to. Having said that getting there is erm... difficult to say the least. It's more like going on an expedition than visiting a beach.

The actual beach itself makes up for it though, rewarding your efforts with crystal clear water, gorgeous sand and hardly any people. We practically had the place to ourselves. Paradise!
