Here is a quick demonstration video on how to change the old / dirty transmission fluid in your Honda Odyssey. My vehicle is a 2015 EX with the 3.5L V6 engine. I perform this service every 30k miles. The manual says the transmission partial drain will take 3.3 quarts to refill. Here are the steps:
1) Gather your items. You will need 4 quarts of your ATF-DW1 fluid, a 3/8" Socket, a new crush washer, jacks and a drain pan.
2) First Remove the transmission fluid dipstick.
3) Jack up the van and place the jack stands on the appropriate positions.
4) Use the 3/8" Socket wrench to loosen the drain plug.
5) Let it full drain.
6) I use the dip stick to refill the new transmission fluid.
7) After replacing the quantity your pulled out, turn the car on and with your foot on the brake, run the transmission through P, R, D & L. Then with the engine is hot.

Hope you found this video helpful and informative and you were able to get this done in your driveway and save a trip to the dealership!

Take care!
