Back in November of last year, Waltham switched to carted recycling with 64 gallon Cascades and at first, they were using rear loaders to collect the carts ( which I have a video of) it was very inefficient. I went back to Waltham the Saturday after presidents day and I found this truck collecting recycling. I managed to get some good hopper shots too. I've filmed this driver before so thanks to him for always letting me film.
