In this insightful talk, Prof. H. Ardeschir Ghofrani presents "PVRI GoDeep," a pioneering global meta-registry initiative focused on pulmonary hypertension (PH). The GoDeep registry collects comprehensive retrospective and prospective data, leveraging advanced modules like imaging and genomics, ensuring seamless integration and anonymized data transfers from numerous global centers.

With over 35,000 enrolled patients and more than 8 million data points, GoDeep provides critical insights into various PH groups, highlighting risk factors, treatment responses, and prognoses. The registry addresses diverse PH subcategories, including classical PAH, mild PAH, and non-PAH PH variants like PH-COPD and PH-ILD. It also explores broader global perspectives, investigating the impact of sex and race on disease outcomes through rigorous analysis, including Kaplan-Meier survival curves and risk score comparisons.
