Halloween H40 Trilogy Themes - John Carpenter

With the end of the Halloween "H40" trilogy, I strung together the themes of all three films - "Halloween 2018", "Halloween Kills" and "Halloween Ends" - into one continuous track. And we wrap it up with a mashup of the three themes at once, the "ultimate H40 theme"! Also included are some mini video tributes for each theme.

I've got mixed feelings about this trilogy, meant as the definitive sequels to "the night he came home" in 1978. 2018 was great, Kills was thrilling, and Ends had some highs and lows. But the scores by John Carpenter and co are worth coming back to. Been a huge fan of Carpenter's 2018 score since it came out, and apart from using it in our "Vibe Raiders" films I haven't commended it enough.

Included in this suite are the themes of each film, with the Kills end titles featuring the drums from the film version. The ultimate H40 theme features the three themes overlapped, plus some extra layers - at the start you'll hear a bit of "Halloween Ends (Main Title)", the 2018 "Halloween Theme" occasionally segways into "Halloween Triumphant", and at 9:31 you might hear a hint of the 1978 theme.
