In this clip, Dennis Longmire explains his work as an expert witness in criminal cases where he testifies about classification and prediction of "future criminality." More specifically, Longmire shares his experiences working on Eric Nenno's capital case as an expert witness for the defense. Eric Nenno was eventually executed in 2008, and Dennis Longmire witnessed the execution upon Eric's request.

Dennis Longmire is a professor of criminal justice at Sam Houston State University, which is a few blocks away from the Walls Unit in Huntsville, Texas, where all executions are carried out by the state of Texas. He stands vigil at every execution.
